100g size = makes approx. (8) pots of curry.  200g size = makes approx. (16) pots of curry.  Marinades- 65g size = can make approx. 2 marinades. 

Each pot of curry will serve approx. a family of (4). These are approximate estimates, will depend on tablespoon measurement and quantity required per recipe.  Use level tablespoons. Metric Measure is recommended. (1) tablespoon= 7- 8 grams in weight

Our products are roasted, dried herbs and spices and will keep fresh for up to 2.5 years in it's re-sealable bag or an airtight container. See, best before date on pack.
